Adolescents Girls: SABALA Programme :
Seba Jagat have successfuly implimented the Rajiv Gandhi Scheme for Adolescent Girls-SABALA programme in M. Rampur block with the support of Women and Child Development Department, Govt. of odisha in collaboration with DSWO, Kalahandi and ICDS M. Rampur block.
The objective of the program is strengtheing of the existing the Kishori Samoohs & Sakhi Saheli in each village of block and increase their participation in NHED, Improve the life skill education, behaviours change and enhance knowledge on public service among the adolescents girls.
Sakhi Saheli Training :
Conducted 3 nos. Sakhisaheli training to 123 adolescents girls of Nunpur, Manikera and Bamak GPs of M. Rampur block at Rajibgandhi Seba Kendra and orientaed to them about on adolescents health and development, Safe motherhod, Govt. welfare scheme for women, children and Adolescents girls , role and responsibilty of sakhi saheli, promotion of healthy environment, protection from vilence and sexual exploitation and right of girl children.
Life skill Development :
Provided 3 nos. life skill training to 124 dolescents girls of Barabandha, Muding and Damkarlakhunta GPs of M. Rampur block and enhanced knowledge on Life Skill education i.e adolescents health and sanitaion practices, behaviors change through life skill, knowledge, attitude and skill, Major life decision, decision making, creative thinking, effective communication, empathy, interpersonal skill, coping with emotion and stress, Food and nutrition for adolescents, Malnutrition and its causes, HIV/Aids etc. Now they are playing a positive role towards progress of other adolescents girls of their area and able to built a healthy life among themselves.
Exposure visit of Sakhi Saheli
2nos. Exposure visit of 76 sellected Sakhisaheli conducted to District level Office i.e DSWO, Dist. Headquater Hospital, Police station, Bank, Child Welfare Office, Bhawanipatna and Railway station and they enhanced knowledge about the facilities of adolescents in this departments .

Strengthening the existing Govt. formed Kishori balika Mandal :
15 Kishori/ girls were participated and orientated about the process of formation, objective, activities, role and responsibility of Kishori Balika Mandal . They are also shared their issues / problem in this platform. Now they are attending monthly meeting of Kisori Balika Mandal and motivating to others girls to participate in this meeting.
